      Pros

      The money can be great, depending on tips. You aren't required to work many weekends, which is uncommon in the food service industry. You gain a lot of great experience which you will be able to take to another job.

      Cons

      You may often work very long hours. There are no bonuses for hitting sales goals, so there is little motivation to hit your goals. There is typically only one caterer in each store, so there is a lot of pressure to get everything done. You may often be extremely overwhelmed with orders, and other times when there is not much to do. You spend a lot of time driving and doing deliveries.

      Pros

      Make sure everyone is well trained which builds some moral and comradery (as much as you can get working entry level in food industry) Of course, discounted food is a good perk and Panera has great food. The management I worked for was nice and tolerant Customers were generally very nice and the store i worked at was busy so it stayed moving

      Cons

      They were nit picky about clocking in and out for half hour at lunch, food discount is good not great... Pay isnt great, but I wasnt expecting it to be overall not many complaints though
