      Rewarding, can be difficult customers, but good environment

      Pros

      -If you work hard, your going to make money. Associates complain about not making enough money but they can get raises for being made a trainer and getting promoted. We're always looking for shifts. -Hours, 45/week -Advancement opportunity -Great co-workers -Awesome regulars -Gives back to community

      -Customers can be bratty and rude -Hard to keep the morale up sometimes; no matter how hard I work to support and help it seems like a small group of associates wants to be negative all the time and that affects the rest of the staff

      the food is really good. they gave a decent discount

      Cons

      Management, they would let people take constant smoke breaks while non smokers got a 20 min lunch for an 8 hour shift

      Good management, friendly atmosphere, opportunities to advance, thorough training, easy job requirements, flexible hours, company values are apparent in everyday operations

      Dealing with demanding or rude customers (that's any service job, though), getting cut hours in slow months to meet store's labor requirements, long and sometimes physically taxing workdays
