Pros

-Most of the other employees are very nice and fun to work with. -Discount -Customers are usually very nice and thank you for your work -Hard, satisfying work

Cons

-Management has favorites and treats those they don't like with little/no respect. -No positive feedback. The only times you hear opinions by your managers for your job is if you're doing something wrong. -Very stressful during rushes, especially when you're short-haned and the only one trained well enough to do a good job. -Working on the line sucks -Management will embarrass you in front of a customer if you do something wrong, rather than calling you to the back. -No opportunity to advance. -Very long shifts

Pros

Great brand, associates are great, managers are enthusiastic, high brand loyalty - proud to say I work there.

Cons

Things get difficult when you want to go off program....trying to implement something new is met with resistance and viewed as a hassle.
