      Pros

      As far as fast food goes, this is definitely in the upper echelon of institutions with regard to its reputation. The food is excellent. They truly seek to offer superior customer service.

      Cons

      The perks of the job as practically none. Employees get a discount on food for themselves, but thats its. When you compare it to starbucks, whose employees get free drinks and leftovers, it can't compare. Additionally, I would say that management expects things of their employees that just isn't reasonable. Panera Bread taught me how to do an acceptable job quickly, rather than an excellent job with efficiency.

      Pros

      Great benefit package. Opportunities for advancement. Always busy, time flew by. Great weight loss program, always running, little or no time to eat. Customers loved the concept. Products were high quality.

      Cons

      Communication between mgmt team was poor. No tools to track daily events everyone needed to know to keep on top of things. Meetings rare and agenda was what the GM chose to pass along. In a year I can count on one hand the times I received positive feedback. Hourly employees also felt the only feedback they received was none or negative. Motivational speeches amounted to "if you want to keep your job you will..." Raises were limited to once a year, small amounts and not for everyone. Favoritism obvious.

      Pros

      It is close to downtown so convenient for students.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. They are completely inconsiderate of employee needs and requests. We never got breaks unless there was someone doing a review of the shop or they weren't making money so they sent us home. The pay is insulting and so is the management teams attitudes towards workers.
