Pros

- Customers are generally very nice. There are lots of regulars you will become friendly with. - Had some positive experiences with coworkers. - Good discount policy (65% off food)

Cons

- Manager drama. Always bickering between one another. - Managers were really good at telling me what to do, but quite terrible at doing anything. - High employee turnover. - Very inconsistent workplace in many ways.

Pros

- great food - great people working there (most of them) - understood you were a student - VERY flexible hours

Cons

- i thought the discount sucked, i mean its food why should you pay - its minimum wage so that sucked - managers have their favorites - management cant seem to agree with each other - example from my store: the managers literally all ganged up on one manager to try and make him look bad . he happened to be the ONLY manager the younger employees could get along with. - audits and checkups for the most random and annoying things - if you are a girl it definitely helps - favorite saying from one manager: "just stand there and look pretty" - customers can be really nasty - someone can come to you with an empty bowl of soup and DEMAND their money back for not liking it - i felt really bad for management panera bread was definately becoming their lives

Pros

Good employee discount Company as a whole seems to care

Cons

Managers were unprofessional, immature Managers were not understanding of my school/work balance - often had me working 30-35 hours per week when I requested 20 at most Managers were not understanding that I had to go home during Christmas breaks because I lived in the dorms Managers often did not let anyone clock-out when their shift was over - once had to stay 3 hours later
