Pros

Your coworkers will be great Pay is decent for associates and shift managers customers are generally great to deal with

Cons

Work can be fast paced Most likely you'll get called eventually on your days off to come fill in Sometimes work can be hard to come by, as they often over-employ at their stores

Pros

They will train you to do any task that you are asked to do. The managers are not afraid to help when needed. Learned a lot of transferable skills which is important for career development.

Cons

Pay was only okay. As with most service jobs customers can be difficult to deal with from time to time. Some employees did not pull there weight and would rather talk than do any work. Had a high turn over rate.
