Pros

I think overall Panera is a great place to work. There are options for advancement as long as you show the competence.

Cons

Pay sucks for the amount of responsibility you have. They are very cheap. Benefits are worth nothing. They work you almost to the bone and have ridiculous expectations.

Pros

Ability to move quickly upward in the company, management gives recognition and support in job related activities. Transfer locations easily

Cons

Minimal pay, annual raises are low, there are no bonuses based on sales or growth for hourly employees. Time consuming, even when your "off the clock" you're still on call
