Pros

The associate staff was well-picked and their training was good at preparing me for the job. They also have good benefits such as health insurance that can be signed up for after 6 months working.

Cons

The management was inconsistent. I was frequently put in positions where managers told me to do the exact opposite thing the other told me to do. I received one raise in the two years I was employed there and it was only because minimum wage was raised (they claimed I would receive 2 raises per year). Overall the management was very inconsistent which is my primary concern.
