Pros

There are no pros. I’ve worked there for just a couple of months and it felt like years had been taken off of my life.

Cons

Pay is low for the work they demand/guilt you to do. They will walk all over you if your the nice type. Favoritism is big in this company, there was a manager who was very rude to me even when I was just doing my job as I’ve been asked to and still no one cared. Co-workers were rude to me in front of managers and they also did not care. I worked my butt off for this company, and they treated me unfairly. I was undeserving of the scars they left on my mental health. Not worth working here even as a starting job.

Pros

consistent scheduling and hours, most people working were around my age (16-20s), discounts on food, tips were split between everyone working, managers were nice for the most part, hires even with no previous working experience so could be good as a first job if you're desperate

Cons

severely underpaid for amount of work that was expected, back of the house was always understaffed so we would have to be doing two jobs at once. We were expected to finish orders in less than 4 minutes which is unreasonable especially when there are multiple orders or you have to wait for sandwiches to heat in the oven or for things like bread and soup to be restocked. Upper management would come in and yell at workers during rushes, and we were always expected to "look busy" or constantly be cleaning even if there was nothing to do and often times other people were talking in the back/not doing their work and others were expected to pick up their slack. If you worked as a prep cook they would give you a long list of things to do and not enough time to finish them. I honestly felt like a robot working here and the uniform was ugly and uncomfortable. At my specific location there were a lot of non black workers and even managers here that would casually throw around the n word every day which made it very uncomfortable for me as a black person working there.

Pros

10 dollar meal which you have no time to use unless your going home, work alone

Cons

No holiday pay.split duty theyll ask you to do pan up on two cafe with no gas or milage compensation. They won't tell you this becoz no one on their right mind will do two person job. .25 cents raise if your lucky or every 2 yrs. Always short on staff too much job for what they pay for. No break!!!! Unless your fast enough
