      Pros

      Excellent coworkers- they look out for each other, and the atmosphere was nearly always a pleasant one. Training was positive, and store meetings were optimistic and fun in nature. The schedule was never too rough, and we were rarely short-handed.

      Cons

      Some managers get a bit short sighted- sometimes we would wait 15-30 minutes for the closing manager to check the line so we could leave for the night. Once I got a rather gruesome burn on my arm from the walk in oven door, and was told to slap a bandage on it and get back on the line, despite being in a great deal of pain- another girl experienced the same kind of situation, where she was in enough pain due to a health condition that she was in tears, and she was told to get back on the line despite the rest of us saying we could handle things just fine if she went home.

      Pros

      Two assistant mgr were great.. You could count on them for anything. Very hard workers.. Always put work first.

      Cons

      Gm and one assistant sucked. He was to young to run the store he didn't care what happens when he left.. Never was there to help out the two assistants that pretty muched lived there. Was only there m-f 7 to 3, and the other assistant would lie about her name when complaints came in. Always set in the office.
