      Pros

      Good food, great people that work there. Customers are awesome.

      Cons

      Way behind on tech. Company trying to fix but do not have tools in place to make them work. Leave manager hanging to deal with tech issues. Terrible upper management, lately is not about helping who is under you to succeed it is about managers worry about there job. They scare managers thinking they could get fired. No real training after your initial training. Rollout new programs or tech with really no training to others becuase they train upper management to train store managers keep in mind none of them really do any of this work. There is so much more hard to keep it short.

      Ruined my point of view of the best place to study

      Pros

      - First week, you will sample all the dishes on the menu that sums up to $10/per working shift. - Customers - I met so many nice people working at Panera. The folks I appreciated the most were the people in the morning. They remember you and you remember them by giving them a warm pastry and coffee to start their workday.

      Cons

      - Culture: work hard, work harder, and there is not that much appreciation from it. - Company value: The videos we were shown made it seem like the employees were best of friends. In real life, it was so far from that. Many times, the managers were able to stress folks out by their idea of perfection.
