Pros

Very professional team with many industry veterans to learn from. Plenty of high profile projects to work on. No excessive bureaucracy and decisions are made quickly. Great place for programmers who want to master how things work on the platform side. They care about people and relationships. Top notch hardware and furniture.

Cons

Can't seem to find major downsides. Maybe some people would like to have more in-house projects.

We are in a great premium office building, and sometimes even they have technical issues with their automated scheduling (once in our 5 years in the building isn't too too bad). Fortunately, we work hard to avoid weekend work! ;-)

Super talented people with great experience from several studios and great connections for projects all over the country.

Mostly a programming house with few designers of quality.

We have grown quite a bit in the last 5 years, are now a full-service shop for all disciplines, and even members of our engineering team have strong design sensibilities and expertise.
