      Accessible, friendly, supervisors; responsive Human Resources personnel, steady work, comradery with fellow staff

      Cons

      High insurance premiums, government politics: the contract lasts for five years and might be given to a different company meaning the contractor stays with the position and ends up with under new management.

      Great people. Amazing teams to work with. I worked on or with many of them. The benefits are great compared to the industry and the pay is on par with market for the most part. Good opportunities to grow if you prove capable.

      Cons

      The usual challenges with a growing company. Working to evolve the culture more each year. Can feel isolated from the company if working on a project away from DC.
