      Papa John's Boutte, LA store is a very, very happy place to work.

      Pros

      Not only is Papa John's Boutte, LA a very happy place to work and there is good (very good) money to be made delivering pizzas (no B.S.). After learning the work and delivery area it is a very easy job.

      Cons

      Some employees do not get enough hours. Thus, they are not making enough money. One or two of the assistant managers are not quite customer oriented enough.

      Pros

      Interesting people to work with & customers. Gained valuable customer service skills. The tips were good.

      Cons

      Not the best environment to work in. Not a good employee sense of community. With the downturn in economy the company was becoming cheep and not paying good wages to the employees. Not really a company to work for long term.

      Pros

      You have to power to give customers what ever you need. Ie if you mess up their order you dont need a manager to give them a free pizza. You learn every position in the store pretty quick . you can move up easily.

      Cons

      all the pros are only true depending on your store and you GM your fellow employees excetera
