Pros

Flexible shifts, close location, free food

Cons

Worked 50+ hours, 7 days a week and the owner had the audacity to tell me i wasn't working enough hours. We were constantly understaffed no matter how many were hired and I was getting underpaid doing a distract managers work

Pros

Flexible hours, performance based bonuses.

Cons

Stressful at times. You're only viewed as good as the numbers you put out regardless of the circumstances.

Pros

You meet people of all walks of life, you build new bonds with your coworkers to get things done efficiently. Free pizza, or during downtime create your own pizza with your own ingredients.

Cons

Work-Life balance it’s heavily tipped towards work which is fine if you plan on staying there but not fine if you plan to not stay, stress levels get to insane levels.
