Easy job, some nice customers, easy-to-get-along-with crew Like, it's making pizzas. It's not hard. Sometimes it might get a bit busy, but sweaty and covered in flour is normal.

Cons

Micromanagement, some nasty customers, coworkers tend to be those that don't have good work ethic Every little thing is criticized, and very few things are complimented. Close the store with no issues the night before, out on time, everything clean? As expected. A couple spots of flour still on a counter? Pictures and floods of angry texts at 9am. Handled a customer situation well? No positive review from customer and no recognition from upper management. Irate customer who didn't give you a chance to figure things out? All your fault, don't care about hearing your side of the story (or just don't care in general).
