Consistent work, hybrid part of the time

Cons

No opportunity for advancement and huge disconnect between upper management and the lower level employees- pay is absolute bare minimum, and new hires are paid more than the employees who have put years into making it “a great place to work”.

Steady work, plenty of training, lots of communication from office, newer vehicles

Cons

Intense micromanaging, the pay isnt the greatest, vehicles have a lot of automation that can make the driving frustrating
