Pros
- Stellar people work here. Everyone is knowledgable and generally chill to be around. - There's always work to be done. Challenging work. I'm always learning new things and find great additions to put inside the box labelled "things I know". - Projects are not usually independent; occasionally you get projects that require lots of inter-team collaboration. You actually get the chance to work with others instead of keeping work between you and your own team. This is awesome, because the people are awesome. It also keeps every project fresh in that sense because you're not always working with the same people. - Engineering teams often contain more roles than just developers. Each team usually has a product manager and designers, so you get to work with a lot of people. - Great environment (office equipment, sunshine on nice days with blinds to dim the room if necessary, not too close to ground floor to hear distracting beeps and other noises). Location is nice for lots of great food and is pretty convenient to get to. - We have occasional free meals, hackathons, team outings, and there's almost always plenty of food / beer in the fridge.
Cons
None that I can think of. How could it be a 5 star rating with any cons?!
