      Pros

      The ability to grow into what you want to be, work life balance, talent cultivation and retention, HR is exceptional, you get the impression people want to be here. Headquarters are awesome and company events are fun.

      There really aren’t any that come to mind.

      Paradigm has grown a lot in the time since I began there, but it retains the vibe of a small company. You'll have to opportunity to work with great people.

      Cons

      Compensation was, in my opinion, somewhat lacking.
