Thankfully, we have been very successful ensuring minimal gaps between projects, and we do this by staying in close communication with both our attorneys and clients so we can plan well ahead. As we are quite busy and have an ever-growing client list, the vast majority of our team will go from project to project without experiencing gaps.

Paragon Legal Group allows attorneys to have a life outside of work, do interesting work and be very well compensated.

Cons

There is always a possibility of gaps between projects, but this might even be a pro for some people. It just depends what your needs are.
