      Pros

      1) Really good team, nice team events. 2) Good compensation package & social benefits 3) Nice office in Moscow

      Cons

      Company lacks real strategy. Major product Parallels Desktop is at end of it's life cycle, and company struggles to find "next big thing" and team feels it, as the effect the major part of the employees is unmotivated. Company is founded by developers and it is too much developer focused, all other departments are the "people of the second kind"

      Pros

      Good benefits. Flexible schedules - getting your work done is what counts most. People love working here and get along very well.

      Cons

      Not too many, actually. Senior management is very reserved and isolated - could communicate more to the employees. Rare to get an update on the business or direction of the company. Most information comes third hand. Company has split off divisions and has sold them. Opportunity for career growth is limited.
