Pros

Personal impact possible. Plenty strategic vision, at least on paper. Unexpected number of hard working people.

Cons

When public realize it's all musical chairs and actual customer and revenue growth is insufficient because end to end execution isn't there between the grand executive vision, uneven Russian engineering, and disconnected sales and marketing leaderships, it's not going to look pretty.

Frequent organizational changes—including unexpected layoffs—and a lack of consistency in strategic direction created instability. Promotions at times appeared to be based more on internal alignment with leadership than on measurable performance.
