Pros

Flexibility, high learning curve, interesting and international business environment, good team work, opportunity to grow with the company, being part of development and having the opportunity to implement own ideas and suggestions.

Cons

Still room for improvement in terms of processes, global and inter-functional communication - but constant development visible. Within the past years the company already changed from a (sometimes chaotic) start-up to an exciting mid-size company.

-- overall good compensation and healtcare plan -- challenging and interesting tasks -- great team to work with -- lots of modern technologies to learn for later use -- possibility of remote work (via VPN)

Cons

-- a bit too much bureacraty in the way of software/hardware orders -- tough deadlines some times -- not that good career opportunities -- seen great ppl in same position for 3 years and more -- on-site server hardware is a mess) -- late work hours some times
