Parallels really is a great company to work for.

Pros

There is a culture of support amongst the different teams - we're all working to achieve the same goal and everyone chips in. As the new guy, I have often had to ask around to find the right person for a query or problem and the amount of support, even from guys in different time zones is awesome.

Cons

We're spread all over the world so its not easy getting to know your fellow employees.

Very positive people, interesting work. Relatively high salary and compensation package (insurance, mills, transport). Different projects allow to get something new.

Cons

Moscow office looks very grey. No bright colors in ever-cloud Moscow. having offices on Seattle, Moscow, Novosibirsk you may experience communication problems because of time zones shifts.
