It is an excellent place to learn for startes and to develop even for experts. Expertise is shared with everyone who wants to own it. A lot of challenging tasks. Plus flexible schedule and friendly atmosphere.

Cons

If you look for a place where you can get money for doing nonsense it's not the right choice and it's better to find something else.
