Pros

Parallels makes great products for many markets segments. They have a great name in an exciting growth industry. Lots of great people learn from both engineering and management.

Cons

With a small organization you wear many hats and switching them so much tends to lead to loss of productivity.

Avoid, if you are good tech specialist

Pros

Entry level positions are good, if management likes you - you can get promoted a lot. Opportunities to work in US\Europe, but, again, you need to be "successful" how management see it. If you lack ambitions and consider yourself as average specialist - this is best place.

Cons

Brain-dead top management. Outdated by 15 years tech stack. Hosting - probably, most boring stuff in world, so, don't expect any challenging tasks, just write straightforward code. Basically, company don't need any tech specialists, they need a lot of "managers" to imitate work and make billions of meetings with forwarding mails to each others.
