Great community, great team, and great understanding of how a work environment should flow in terms of productivity while keeping everyone sane and happy. Great salary package and benefits as well.

Cons

So far, I have yet to experience a true challenge apart from those I expected and welcomed when accepting my position. No workplace is gonna be perfect, and challenges will always arise - but that's what makes work fulfilling! Tackling those challenges head-on, at least for me.

Pros

I work with an incredibly talented, supportive team who have my back in our work projects, collaborative launches, and even if I have a personal crisis (a death in the family recently). Parallels really does believe in encouraging life/work balance, and the importance of family. That said, this is a fast paced, busy environment to work in that requires focus and provides absorbing projects.

Cons

Deadlines can be tight and working with an international team requires extra turnaround time.
