      Pros

      Great place to gain global experience. Leadership is exceptionally well educated. Company is in the right market at the right time. Very sincere staff. Everybody here seems to get along well. Fun place to be on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Great products on the consumer side but rigid pricing makes them not so attractive. Doesn't seem like pricing is thought out well. Could be missing huge revenue opportunities. Can be slow to make decisions.

      Pretty good place to work for developers

      Pros

      Parallels is one of the few software companies in Russia which is really a leader in its field internationally.

      Cons

      There are free diners in Moscow office, which are usually just impossible to eat.

      Pros

      1 or 2 departments are lead by good management. flexible work hours. good people for the most part.

      Cons

      older, "jaded" upper management with sometimes "1950's management style" abusive tactics. no real direction, constant change to strategy, low morale, many overwhelmed at their positions within the company, each department is its own entity and does not work together well, very poor communication - a "hurry up and get it done" attitude, but impossible time constraints, constant "meetings" requiring many levels of presentation and expectations don't allow it
