Pros

The company is really trying to improve everything from wages to working environment to products. Some leadership changes made a very big difference in how the business is run in a good way. Was a good place to work overall.

Cons

Not enough resources to do the work demanded. No real respect for the work done. Middle management doesn't seem to know exactly how to manage people.

Great Place to Be

Pros

Awesome team members. Excellent products. Very high caliber of employee at the leadership level. Could not ask for a better company to work for. Highly recommend this as a place to work.

Cons

The corporate offices are a little bit off the beaten path. A bit south of the technology hubs in Seattle and Bellevue. Hours can be long depending on the role since 1/2 the company is on the other side of the world and it is necessary to participate in planning and conference calls.

Pros

Great opportunities to grow professionally and take risks.

Cons

Lack of concern of overworking down the line of employees. International teams require unnatural working hours. Lack of rewards for top level workers - only the squeaky wheels get greased. Some decisions are not well thought out at the top and create insane changes to plans constantly.
