-- overall good compensation and healtcare plan -- challenging and interesting tasks -- great team to work with -- lots of modern technologies to learn for later use -- possibility of remote work (via VPN)

Cons

-- a bit too much bureacraty in the way of software/hardware orders -- tough deadlines some times -- not that good career opportunities -- seen great ppl in same position for 3 years and more -- on-site server hardware is a mess) -- late work hours some times

I really enjoy the diversity that Parallels has to offer. Our products , which span over completely different markets , really attract a great crew.

Cons

The organization , while maturing , still has some growing up to do. It can become quite challenging at times to get projects underway.
