      Never pay on time; always needs to beg them

      Nothing; they never keep the words especially on pay rate and pay check

      Cons

      tons of cons... never pay and once they ran the paycheck, then gives only 40% of confirmed payrate and tells that remaining 60% will pay on yearend as bonus. Surprisingly, yearend bonus never happens. So, try to stay away from them.

      Pros

      Professional Staff and always helpful when needed. Listen to their employees issues which makes them a good company. They also does social work which instills humanity and social awareness in company's culture No weekend work.

      It's been more than 7 years since I started working for this company and see none.
