      Pros

      The company is growing like crazy at streaming division which has opened up a lot of growth opportunities. Managers have been amazing and interested in my growth as much as theirs.

      Cons

      Big company means red tape around promotions (no clear process + no clear timeline), getting things approved, and lack of process for most things since Streaming division is still pretty young.
