      Pros

      The opportunity is what you make of it. There is opportunity there, but it looks like hard work and accountability. If you submit yourself to the process and look at all of the good things, you can become a part of it.

      Cons

      There are plenty of areas that could use improvement, but if you are complaining about processes and procedures, you probably need to address the issues in the mirror first. Yes, there are issues, but the reality is that every company has issues. If you want to complain, then do so, but realize that everything you are complaining about in the company is an opportunity for you to shine.

      Pros

      Good experience if your trying to learn how to talk people. For a first job, it's a great experience and can help grow your communication skills.

      Cons

      You will work in all sorts of conditions cold, hot and occasionally rain. It requires a mentality to go through. The pay isn't that great either, my best advice is start there don't stay there.
