      Pros

      Great company to work for and you have flexible hours that fit your schedule! There are plenty career opportunities to move up in the company too.

      Cons

      I haven't seen any downsides of working for Paramount.

      Sales Representative - Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      - It seemed like a good gig at interview but really bad organization that can't meet their promises. I only wanted what was promised nothing more.

      Cons

      - Don't meet standards they promise - Uncertain hours - No confirmed appointments - You will kill your personal vehicle on gas/mileage with no compensation - Rude management

      We find it comical that you are complaining about leads WE provided you for free! No other sales companies provide their representative with FREE leads. We have a confirmation department that confirms every lead before we give them to our sales department. We understand that this job is not for everyone and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
