      Pros

      You meet great people for sure! The people that keep it real that is. When it comes to sales at least be honest when hiring.

      Cons

      Canvassers get the crap end of the stick come on now its sad honestly they knock people's doors threw all types of weather WITHOUT bathroom breaks for a measly $8 hr smh something needs to be done

      Pros

      Flexible Hours and a great opportunity to meet and converse with a lot of people. You also get acquainted with all of the area sub divisions. Fellow employees are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Cold, rainy and hot weather can sure make things a bit uncomfortable. There can be a bit of walking involved. Most people are very cordial and you will need to keep you eye open for dogs.

      Pros

      Regular contest give aways such as Cars, cruises, and cash just for doing your job. Owner really takes care of his employees.

      Cons

      Quota driven but VERY obtainable with training that is offered on a regular basis. Hard to have a con with such great incentives to do good.
