      Family environment. Company events. Short hours with good pay if you work for it.

      Cons

      Will not close for extreme bad weather. Low hourly wage. Low work hours. Stingy upper management. Glorified owner.

      Company Culture is pretty good

      Cons

      Travel is constant, no stipends on gas, food. Required commutes to weekly meetings 70 miles away with no reimbursement. company does not offer a base salary

      Pros

      - pretty good management in terms of helpfulness and personality. - They offer raffles for money and prizes based on your production levels every so often.

      Cons

      - pay is low- average, You get paid $25 extra per demo or sale you book. - they really push you to meet your quota and if you have a bad couple of weeks, they'll threaten to let you go. - I don't think the higher ups (CEO/ upper management) really care about the employees, it's all about the numbers and if you're making the company money. - A dead end job, not very fulfilling and it can be pretty mundane
