      Pros

      Comfortable work environment. The CEO is wonderful to all of his employees and there are so many ways to elevate with this company. I've gained a lot of knowledge about home care at this company. Great company to be employed.

      Cons

      Management changed. Supervisors do not reprimand their managers instead that s company has lost alot of Great employees who's been employed there for years without retraining management. Too much work,stress and not enough pay.

      Pros

      Regular contest give aways such as Cars, cruises, and cash just for doing your job. Owner really takes care of his employees.

      Cons

      Quota driven but VERY obtainable with training that is offered on a regular basis. Hard to have a con with such great incentives to do good.
