Pros

This company understands the value in positive encouragement and is willing to tap into the amazing talent of the millions of citizens who typically are barred from landing a job in an industry that pays enough to make a living due to their driving records and backgrounds.

Cons

The starting pay is $10 per hour, and the hours are kind of odd. Also the commission pay is based on the salesman's ability to get a contract signed and not based on a canvassers ability to get a scheduled appointment. So starting as a canvasser your pay is left in the salesman's hands,

Pros

Opportunity to sell great products and have them installed professionally so you know what your selling is quality.

Cons

Bad marketing doesn’t filter out appointments that we can’t help. Company has its polices but they don’t enforce them to keep the reps running quality appointments.
