      I love my job! I have been working here for over a year and a half and it's the best job I have ever had. I love how the company is extremely community oriented and the staff treats everyone like family.

      Pros

      I enjoy the great group of people I get to work with each day. The company is very well managed and they truly care about the employees and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      The challenges are just balancing every day stress that comes with the position. This is a very fast paced company and sometimes it is difficult to not become overwhelmed.

      Pros

      If you like driving two hours to every lead for no shows this is the place for you. That’s the only pro.

      Cons

      Driving hours at a time for appointments that don’t show up or have incorrect information on customer. No follow through with management. Bad training and management. It’s a revolving door.
