      Pros

      Amazing team that’s genuinely supportive and invested in your growth. I got to do real, hands-on work and felt like my contributions actually mattered. Great exposure to development, production, and the business side of entertainment.

      Cons

      Since it's such a big company, it can sometimes be hard to get facetime with higher-level execs unless you really take initiative. But everyone I worked with was still very kind and helpful.

      Working here was an excellent work environment. They genuinely wanted you to succeed and connect with others. Everyone was super helpful and encouraging

      Pros

      Everyday was exciting, super dynamic, very immersive, and highly collaborative. Super fun and engaging info sessions and exposure to other departments and teams.

      Cons

      Was fully remote due to Covid, but processes and communications were very organized and seamless.
