      corporate casual atmosphere. Friendly people. Fun events.

      Cons

      Office politics ,cliques and some people get a little TOO comfortable and can’t differentiate between a college campus and office setting.

      Great culture, low pay - revolving door

      Fantastic culture. Fun place to work. Friendly managers.

      Cons

      Upper management disconnect with lower management means HORRIBLE job retention. Company is more concerned with stock price that quarter then growing a business. 5-7 people leave every month for better pay. No one is retained. When people leave they often do not rehire only shuffle the work to others (without extra pay).
