opportunity for advancement if you play your cards right. lots of holes to fill thus the opportunity. many decisions are made on the fly so this dynamic allows you to provide a lot of input if you can think on your feet
Cons
the overall strategy for the company has been lacking for years. in such a fluid environment as entertainment is right now, it leaves the company wanting. the much publicized human resource debacle have played a large role in the decline of morale in this company. because there is less innovation here than there has been in the past talent is declining.
