      CBS Interactive was a good experience

      Pros

      - The environment is both comfortable and friendly. - Talented group of people, all dedicated to the company. - Nice CBS perks (gym/pension) - Amazing Breakout area with darts, pool, ping pong table and playstation.

      Cons

      - Low pay - Once a year you will work 3 weeks alone, taking care of everything. - Most times the Senior IIS Technician never have a solution to the problem, always look for solutions on Google or factory resetting the computer. Unnecessary procedures, especially when the person has deadlines. - Some senior IT engineers are senior because they were just there when the company was growing. - No training/courses - Never had a salary review - Not enough help and knowledge from Seniors. - Repetitive work and hard to move up
