growth potential highly intelligent, well educated and resourceful people high level of autonomy Start-up feel in terms of bureaucracy and general day to day interactions

Cons

high growth company can leave less aggressive personalities in the dust- positions and departments still being defined and change FAST! Good for opportunists though
