Pros

Remote position with a strong supporting online team environment. Great equipment to do your job. Excellent job resources and role training. Cross-collaboration and idea-sharing opportunities between teams & departments. Local area meet-ups and work days. Great benefits and annual incentives. The leadership has a real vision. The company is led by real people who care about their employees and show it. I've been with ParentSquare for almost a year, and very excited about my future here. I have recommended working with ParentSquare to all of my friends and relatives.

Cons

Remote work - need to be someone who is OK with working from home by yourself, as opposed to being in an office all the time.

Amazing Culture

Pros

Culture is great. Completely Remote and they really set you up for success here. This is the first job where I felt more than ready when I began taking clients. The training and support from colleagues is unlike any I have seen on my career journey. Glad to have found a place that treats me like an important part of their success and not just a number.

Cons

Have not found and cons thus far and I hope to keep it that way.

Pros

Strong Team Dynamics, agile work environment where collaboration and communication are inclusive and diverse. Incredible amounts of cross-collaboration between departments, teams and leadership. It's a beautiful tango. Impactful Work knowing what we do/create and who we serve has a huge impact and adds more purpose and personal investment. Career Growth paths for individual contributors and leadership development.

Cons

Seasonal trends can be challenging, EdTech + back to school season is busy and can be difficult to find balance.
