Pros
They utilize numerous trackers and systems to efficiently organize information for managers, making it one of the most impressive setups I've encountered in any CRO
Cons
Since being acquired by a private equity firm, it appears that the company prioritizes profit over leadership quality. For instance, communication among leaders is lacking; promises of pay increases to CRAs were reneged upon without proper notification, shifting the responsibility to line managers. Additionally, during town halls and meetings, leadership paints a positive financial picture but fails to deliver bonuses or even a year-end dinner for employees. They also need to focus on hiring talented COLs as LM are asked to do tasks that should be handled by study team. LM roles are becoming more of a glorified COL rather than focusing on development of CRAs.
