      Pros

      Great people, Great work from home option, great training & friendly work culture, good medical benefits. 3 percentage match for 401k match, 3 weeks annual leave for 1-5 years then 4 weeks for 5-10 yrs flexible work hours. Easy sanctions of holidays, great medical insurance

      Cons

      Not much salary hikes. Not much promotion.stressful situation at procurement Dept. Too much work load. Internal promotion are great option to consider which not always considered

      Pros

      I look back at my position at Parexel and wonder why I liked working there so much, and I realize it was only my co-workers that were positives, and I was fortunate to have had my last 3 managers to be outstanding people who really want to help, and I felt as though they 'had my back'

      Cons

      High expectations from some of the management team to go 'above and beyond', not realizing that most everyone already was. Understaffed on some of the key applications, without thought of the burden they are placing on the people who are already working on those apps. seems to be practicing job elimination in the US, and then hiring in India to fill the same position with a different title, of course.

      Pros

      Able to work from home. Minimal travel. Nice people.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Severe lack of onboarding. Over-allocated. I was told I would get 2 to 3 studies at any given time....I got 5. Company is in transition at the moment...lack of resources everywhere.
