-For tottaly new position they are unprepared, with no specific trainings and if you ask for help you will be redirected to reading 100 pages of manual -Months of making trainings that make no sense and then tight deadlines to do everything like just right now -To much work, to tight deadlines , I was working 10-12h a day and noone cared -They are making people to lie about how much you work -Even thou you work hard and your boss is happy and give you recomendations the other branch in other country do not consider that as important. In Poland the only thing that couns is how long you are employed, so you basically get your promotion no matter how much you try, but depeding on how long do you stay there. -HR is totally irresposnbile and are not egaged to the empoyees or company. ALways unprepared and never able to support if you have any doubts. - Each and every country has its own politics and you never win with that.

There is little room for growth, and the company is busy trying to satisfy the clients that there is no investment in latest technology. Getting things done fast beats getting things done right for most of the time.
