Pros

Only the work is interesting. .

Cons

Transport..There could be no other company as terrible as Parexel when it comes to the transport dept..employees are treated so badly even by the transport guys..internal politics...you butter your line manager you can get anything and everything done...worst management ever they only listen to their line managers...they do not bother about employees...double standards of managers is pathetic they behave as though they care for you but do all possible things to damage behind you. .food is horrible. .wash rooms are worst than public toilets...no work culture except for back biting and unwanted gossip.

Pros

They claim to be flexible.

Cons

Compensation is really poor compared to the amount of responsibility they concentrate on each employee. Management style is really poor. Team synergy is non-existent. They foster individualism and dirty competence among all the levels within the organization. They are proud of their "state-of-the art" technology development/applications, yet they hire people who are actual technology illiterates. Systems were full of glitches. A dozen servers were down every day. If you are thinking of becoming part of their IT team in Latin America, stay away.

Pros

time flexibility, good place for education in the particular field, broad areas of responsibilities

Cons

too overloaded with the operating procedures, a lot of unnecessary, obsolete or useless trainings. Conservative rather than dynamically developing. a lot of different positions on different levels in the particular field but with the same responsibility
