Business Outlook
Pros
Salary structure is great, pays well, work-life balance is good, immediate managers are super helpful, lots of surveys to make changes, some are incorporated which is good considering that it does not happen in many other firms, ambient working atmosphere, they provide company transport which is awesome (Worked just at the Hyderabad Office though)
Cons
Higher management is lazy and takes lots of time to get stuff done, HR operations are OK, recruitment bonuses are crazy low (for some profiles), increments are high/low/mixed, performers are not recognized wholly, but in some measure, no room for employee unwinding in office premises (Worked just at the Hyderabad Office though)
